Jeg var der i oktober fordi jeg hadde fått en lungebetennelse. De var svært imøtekommende og gjorde en nøye undersøkelse og tok røntgen for å være helt sikker på hva som feilte meg, slik at jeg skulle få riktig medisin. De sa at jeg ikke måtte nøle med å kontakte dem igjen ved behov. Jeg sendte melding når jeg kom hjem med ønske om en rapport samt røntgenbilder for å ha med til lege og arbeidsgiver her hjemme. Fikk rask tilbakemelding og tilsendt det jeg ba om. Veldig fornøyd og jeg hadde en god opplevelse. Følte meg godt ivaretatt.

Sehr kompetente Ärzte, die auch ins Hotel kommen, sich Zeit nehmen fuer die richtige Anwendung zu definieren, um das gesundheitliche Problem zu behandeln. In Deutschland kaum mehr zu finden. Sehr gute Kooperation und Kommunikation auch über das Hotel. Gute Terminierung und sprachlich in Deutsch und Englisch möglich. Danke für die Hilfe an das Team und die Ärzte!

Herr Dr. Tzagarakis kam nach meinem Anruf innerhalb von 2h direkt ins Hotel. Darüber war ich sehr froh. Nach einer eingehenden Untersuchung wurde die Diagnose gestellt und die Behandlung besprochen. Ein Arzt von Rethymno Medical Assistance kam ins Hotel und nahm mich dann mit ins Medical Center für die Behandlung, wo ich von dort an täglicher Gast war. Während meines Urlaubs in Rethymno habe ich mir eine sehr unangenehme Infektion zugezogen.Die TUI Reiseleitung hat mich an die Praxis von Dr. Tzagarakis Manolis vermittelt. Praktisch ohne Wartezeit wurde ich dort sehr professionell behandelt. Dank Infusionen und Tabletten war ich schnell wieder gesund. Dr. Manolis hat mich dann am nächsten Tag sogar noch im Hotel aufgesucht um zu sehen ob alles in Ordnung ist. Ich möchte mich noch einmal sehr herzlich für die überaus freundliche und kompetente Behandlung bedanken. Sollte jemand gesundheitliche Probleme im Urlaub haben, kann ich nur empfehlen diese Praxis aufzusuchen.

Sie waren auch so freundlich und hatten mir einen Platz in der Privatklinik Kapakis kurzfristig besorgt. You made it possible to fly home with no issues and the infection went away right away. During a visit to the Palmparc and Beach of Preveli on Sept. 9th, my wife, Katharina Heun, fell over a string, which damaged severely the skin of her left leg from the knee down to her ankle. У нас не было детского жаропонижающего, нам предоставили его бесплатно ! Доктор дала все рекомендации и сказала, что ребёнок должен через час стать резвым , мы сначала не поверили , как при температуре 39,5, можно стать резвым))) А он немного поспал и проснулся и уже сам побежал в туалет! Мы успокоились и теперь знаем, что делать ! Спасибо доктору и переводчику! Переводчика предоставили бесплатно! Очень хорошая женщина ! С уважением семья Карпенко)))

Sehr geehrter Herr Kollege, lieber Herr Tzagarakis, wir hatten schon mehrere Male im Urlaub (in Frankreich und in Spanien) die Notwendigkeit, einen Arzt konsultieren zu müssen. So unproblematisch wie in Griechenland war es aber noch nie. Nicht nur, dass es ganz schnell ging, dass Sie kamen, man fühlte sich auch sonst bei Ihnen gut aufgehoben. Ich möchte mich sehr bedanken für die prompte und kompetente Untersuchung meiner Frau. Das hat letzten Sonntag alles ganz prima funktioniert. Auch die Einweisung ins Krankenhaus war sicher gut. Auch dort wurde alles für meine Frau getan. Allerdings wurde dort nicht wirklich eine stichhaltige Diagnose gestellt, nach CT und Laboruntersuchungen kam eigentlich nicht wirklich etwas heraus. Благодаря своевременной и профессинальной помощи докторов и администраторов клиники все закончилось хорошо. Отдельное спасибо администратору Марине, наличие русскоговорящего персонала очень помогает.
